inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Communication and Information prepared a media center and telecommunication infrastructure to support the XXI National Sport Week (PON) in Aceh and North Sumatra from 8 to 20 of September, 2024.

“In accordance with our duties and responsibility, we will support the information infrastructure, such as the media center. It is in progress now,” says the Vice Minister of Communication and Information Nezar on Tuesday (8/6/2024).

Nezar appreciates the Aceh Government in their preparation as the host of XXI PON.

“I have seen that several preparations done by the Aceh Government are almost complete. Several places and venues are ready to welcome the guests,” said Nezar.

Nezar was amazed by the preparation of the Aceh Government in hosting the national event as competitors of XXI PON will arrive around August 23rd and 24th.

The XXI PON will be held from September 8th to September 20th. In the national sporting event, there are 33 sport competitions that will be held in Aceh while the other 34 competitions will be held in North Sumatra.
