Inp.polri.go.id - Tongkuno. The Muna Regency administration and the Muna Sub-regional Police recently launched a series of sports and community competitions to celebrate the 80th Bhayangkara Day in Southeast Sulawesi.

The opening ceremony on 18 June 2026 was led directly by Muna Regency Regional Secretary, Edy Uga, alongside local sub-district heads and community figures in Tongkuno.

Representing Muna Police Chief Superintendent Indra Sandi Purnama Sakti, the Head of Logistics, Assistant Senior Inspector Peniran, joined the opening festivities. 

The week-long community event features high public participation across multiple games, recording 96 pairs for the domino tournament, 37 strategic players for the chess competition, and 17 teams competing in the lively balloon train race.

The community-building tournaments are scheduled to run for an entire week, wrapping up public festivities with an official closing ceremony led by the Muna Regency Secretary on Wednesday.
