inp.polri.go.id - South Tangerang. The South Tangerang Sub-regional Police assures that the explosion at the PT Nucleus, Pondok Aren, are not linked to bombs or any kind of explosives. 

“The Bomb Squad of Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police came down to conduct an inspection and sterilization of the crime scene. According to our investigation at the crime scene, no bombs or explosive residue were found at the scene," explained South Tangerang Sub-regional Police Chief Superintendent Victor DH Inkiwirang on Thursday (10/9/2025).

He revealed that PT Nucleus is a company engaged in the pharmaceutical sector. Inside the building there are offices and a drug production site.

He detailed that the building owned by PT Nucleus consists of 4.5 floors. In this explosion incident, there were no fatalities or injuries, although the building next to the building was also affected.

Victor explained that to date, nine witnesses have been questioned. The investigation into the cause of the explosion will involve experts from the Indonesian National Police (INP) Criminal Investigation Agency's Forensic Laboratory Center.

"We will conduct an investigation and report the results of the investigation by the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency's Forensic Laboratory Center," said Victor.
