Police reports there are no wild or suspicious drone on the second day of the 43rd ASEAN Summit in Jakarta, according to Anti-Drone sub-task force. “On the first day, we saw 3 to 4 drones while monitor the situation. While for today, there are none,” says member of Anti-drone sub-task force V, Reldo Imanuel. He says that the main task of this sub-task force is to monitor and secure any wild or suspicious drone hovering around 43rd ASEAN Summit venue. “We have the equipment to intercept any drones,” Reldo said. He adds that there is also mobile operator who also monitor the situation. It is worth noting that the 43rd ASEAN Summit involved more than 6,000 joint personnel. The thousands personnel include eight task forces that operates inside ring 3. The eight task forces are preemptive and preventive measures, logistical coordination, convoy escorts, legal enforcement, public relations, operational support, and counterterrorism.
