North Kalimantan Police Commits to Economic Recovery Support

Inspector General Daniel Adityajaya, the Chief of the North Kalimantan Regional Police, underscored the force's commitment to supporting economic recovery efforts in the province. "We are prepared to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure sustainable and inclusive economic development for the people of North Kalimantan," he said on Monday (18/3/2024) while hosting a visit from the Indonesian National Police (INP) Research and Development Center. Senior Superintendent Saefuddin Mohamad, who led the visiting team, stressed the importance of the police's involvement in making a tangible contribution to national economic recovery, as reported by antaranews.com. "As an institution responsible for maintaining security and public order, the police play a significant role in establishing a conducive security environment, which is fundamental for economic development," he said. The team aimed to identify various strategies that the INP can implement in the future to enhance its role in supporting national economic recovery and acceleration. (mg/sy/pr/nm)
