North Sumatra Police stressed personnel of Aquabike Jetski 2023 security operations to maintain order and secure the international event optimally. “As many as 2,761 joint personnel of Indonesian National Police (INP) / Indonesian Military Force (TNI) have been deployed to secure the international event,” says the North Sumatra Police Chief, Inspector General Agung Setya Imam Effendi on Saturday (11/18/2023). He adds that the security operations have used digital technology, which are Integrated Operational System and installed CCTV cameras linked directly to North Sumatra Police Command Center to ensure the security of Aquabike Jetski 2023. Agung adds that the international event is hold at four locations, such as Balige City, Samosir Regency, Dairi, and Karo. The four locations are the top tourist destinations of Lake Toba. The police chief states that the Aquabike Jetski 2023 entry is free of charge, but this does not dismiss the optimal security operations of North Sumatra Police. “We have prepared Shuttle Bus to transport the audience from the parking lot to the venue. The shuttle busses are to ease public mobilization during the prestigious international event,” conclude North Sumatra Police Chief. (ad/ri/pr/nm)
