Inp.polri.go.id – North Sumatra. North Sumatra Regional Police implores public to continue maintain security and conduciveness during Ramadan. The message was conveyed by the North Sumatra Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Agung Setya Imam Effendi through his PR Chief, Senior Superintendent Hadi Wahyudi on Monday (3/11/2024). During his security message, he also implored public not to light any fireworks. “We implore the public to not light the fireworks during Ramadan so that the situation in the province remains safe and conducive,” said Senior Superintendent Hadi Wahyudi. On the other side of the note, he also highlights that his party continue to combat gambling and drugs, also other criminal activities, that could disturb public safety and order. “The intensity of police activity will continue to maintain a peace, solemn, and secure situation throughout Ramadan,” said Senior Superintendent Hadi Wahyudi. “In this opportunity, we also would like to ask all elements of the society to maintain the purity of Ramadan.
