The Chief of Operation Damai Cartenz 2024 and team visited Kiwirok District, Pegunungan Bintang Regency, to address the trauma caused by the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) on Saturday (3/2/24). Police Brigadier Ita Sombo Allo, a female officer of the operation, shared kindness with the children of Kiwirok District, accompanied by their enthusiastic parents. Police Superintendent Bayu Suseno, Head of Public Relations Task Force of Operation Damai Cartenz 2024, stated that this initiative is a trauma healing effort designed to redirect negative thoughts of children and parents, preventing them from being trapped in prolonged sadness. "Through activities like trauma healing, we hope children and parents can recover swiftly, moving forward without heavy psychological burdens," he said. He stressed the significance of sustaining the established security, stating, "With assured safety, we anticipate the community can return to their daily lives without disruption and fear."
