inp.polri.go.id – The Central Java Police have deployed around 2,700 personnel to support the 2022 Candi Obedient Operation. The Central Java Police Chief, Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi, led the call of 2022 Candi Obedient Operation in Semarang, and said that those personnel will support the operation that will be held from 13-16 June 2022. According to the Two-Star General, the 2022 Candi Obedient Operation aims to make the people more aware with the traffic order so there will be less traffic violations. “Accidents tend to happen because of traffic violations,” said Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi. Kapolda Jateng asked the members of the police to approach the target operations with humanist approach, by doing socialization, education, and sympathetic appeals to the community. "Thus, people will unconsciously obey traffic," said the former Surakarta Police Chief. Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi added that the law enforcement will be enforced through "Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement" (ETLE) or electronic ticketing.
