In this case, the police officers named four new suspects as the development of the case continues. "Based on the instructions obtained from the results of the trial, four new suspects have been determined and we have secured three of them," explained the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Commissioner of the Police, Endra Zulpan, Wednesday (13/07/22). The four perpetrators had the initials MSA, RAP, AEO, and C. Of the four people named as suspects, one person was added to the wanted list with the initials AEO. Police Commissioner Endra Zulpan revealed, AEO was an employee of a private bank whose role was to assist in financing and disbursing credit funds. "AEO was BRI employees whose role was to help disburse loans with certificate guarantees," explained the Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Police. In the determination of the new suspect, investigators apply Article 55 of the Criminal Code and or Article 56 of the Criminal Code against the initial criminal act, namely Article 263, 264, 265 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and or Article 3,4,5 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering.
