"The four men who were arrested were provocateurs for other travellers so that they would want to break through the barricade of officers at the blocking post," explained the Chief of Bekasi Metropolitan Police, Police Grand Commissioner Hendra Gunawan, in Kedungwaringin. For the information, this breakthrough incident repeated itself when the travellers could not show the conditions for travelling outside the region. Then, they gathered on the shoulder of the road even though the officers had asked them to go home. "The officers' request to return home was not heard; instead they kept their horns and screamed and asked the other travellers to turn toward their hometowns," explained the Bekasi Metropolitan Police Chief. Police Grand Commissioner Hendra Gunawan also said that in this case, conditions were not conducive, and the police finally arrested several people who were deemed provocative. "Then the four people were taken to the isolation post, recorded and finally given guidance," he explained. Meanwhile, it is known that the travellers continued to arrive and stop at the centre of the road. The policeman continued to manage the traffics and asked the travellers to turn around.
