Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Police currently investigating online fraud case of PT BDK who manages the app of Jombingo. The Director of Special Criminal Investigation of Metro Jaya Regional Police, Grand Commissioner Ade Safri Simanjuntak that his parties already have the name of the suspects. “We have the suspects and some of them are foreigners. They have a connection here in Indonesia,” said Ade quoted from Liputan6, Tuesday (9/12/2023). He stated that previous investigation process held an open session. From the open session, it is revealed that investigators suggested to complete the evidence to strengthen the mens rea of the accused. “We are in process of completing it, suggested from our open session regarding the strengthening of mens rea of the suspect,” he concluded.
