inp.polri.go.id -  The Pontianak Police deployed 400 joint Mobile Brigade and Crowd Control personnel to deal with the chaos that occurred in Pontianak City, Monday (12/19). The existence of the police is an effort to prevent the issues from going out of control and ensure the situation returns to normal. Pontianak Police Chief, Commissioner Andi Herindra R, explained that the incident occurred on Sunday (12/18) night. His party has also led a joint mediation and invited the City Government to resolve the issue. "There has been an agreement and the decision for the management of the parking lot. However, another misunderstanding occurred," said the police chief. The police chief admitted that he was very sorry that the rioting had happened again. In fact, the security forces and the Pontianak City Government had mediated the incident.
