The Mantap Brata Operation Task Force in Kapuas, West Kalimantan, dispatched 2 task force level units (SST) comprising joint forces from the Mobile Brigade (Brimob) and the Security and Order Division (Ditsamapta) to ensure the security of an open plenary meeting in Kubu Raya District. The meeting took place on Saturday and Sunday (3/3/3034).

Led by Captain of the Brimob Pioneers A of the West Kalimantan Regional Police, Assistant Superintendent Jon Rubi Sugianto, and First Inspector Lazid Muchlas., the joint force aimed to preempt any potential disruptions during the meeting. The West Kalimantan Police Head of Public Relations Unit, Senior Superintendent Raden Petit Wijaya said that this deployment was part of efforts to ensure the smooth conduct of the 2024 General Election. The meeting involved 383 personnel from the Kubu Raya Police, Brimob Unit of the West Kalimantan Police, Ditsamapta of the West Kalimantan Police, the military forces, along with relevant stakeholders, including health teams. The spokesperson emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and order during the meeting, urging citizens to utilize established channels for addressing any grievances regarding the plenary results.
