"The cannabis plantation discovered was approximately six months old. We estimate that there were approximately 50,000 cannabis plants, each two metres long, weighing a total of 15 tonnes. The plants were immediately incinerated on site. Some samples were taken to the Mandailing Natal Police Station as evidence," he said on Tuesday (7/11/2023) The police chief said that investigations into the discovery of the cannabis plantation are ongoing, including efforts to locate the owner, who was not present at the site during the discovery.
