inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Police will implement traffic engineering across the streets that will be passed by President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka entourage on Sunday (10/19/2024). The entourage is accompanying the presidential pair for their inauguration.

The Traffic Directorate of Metro Jaya Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Latif Usman says the traffic engineering will be implemented throughout the route passed by the entourage towards Indonesian House of Representative Building and Merdeka Palace.

“We will stay vigilant throughout the activity. And as usual, we will manage the traffic and implement the engineering,” says Latif on Thursday (10/17/2024).

He also appealed to the public to look for other alternative routes for that day as the entourage will pass along Sudirman-Thamrin street.

The following are the details of the traffic engineering that has been prepared:

1. Traffic flow from the Lapangan Tembak red light towards Gatot Subroto will be diverted to the Ladokgi Flyover towards Semanggi;

2. Traffic flow from the inner-city toll road that will exit at the Pulau Dua offramp is straightened towards the Tomang Toll Road;

3. Traffic flow from East Palmerah towards Gelora/back door of the DPR/MPR Building will be straightened;

4. From Gerbang Pemuda towards Gelora/back door of the DPR/MPR Building is diverted to Asia Afrika;

5. Traffic flow from Asia Afrika towards the Lapangan Tembak is diverted to Gate 1 Senayan or turned around at the Asia Afrika red light;

6. Traffic flow from Semanggi towards Slipi is diverted to Gerbang Pemuda;

7. Traffic flow from Slipi towards Gerbang Pemuda is straightened towards Semanggi.
