Papua Regional Police states the workers of Omukia Clinic construction workers who were attacked by the Armed Criminal Group in Puncak Regency, Central Papua, has been evacuated to Timika. The evacuation process has been carried out on Friday morning through Mozes Kilangin AVCO Airport, Timika, Mimika Regency. Papua Police Public Relations, Grand Commissioner Ignatius benny Ady Prabowo, states the evacuation of one body and three injured victims form Gloria Papua Permai Inc. was accompanied by their family members. “The evacuation process used Two Reven planes, which are PK-RVE who was piloted by Captain Gabril Mirkurius, and PK-RVV piloted by Captain Putri Ghasani,” he said in written statement. Benny says the body of Otto (35) was directly evacuated to Mimika Hospital for post-mortem process. Meanwhile the three injured victims, Elifas (29), Martinus (37), and Erwin (52) was treated at hospital in Mimika Regency. “Otto was scheduled to be buried at funeral home. We are still waiting for his family decision on Otto’s burial process,” says Benny. He emphasized that Damai Cartenz Operation Task Force along with joint Task Force with Indonesian Military Force are intensifying their patrol around the location to prevent escalation resurgence.
