inp.polri.go.id - Malinau. In an effort to support the food security program, Malinau Sub-regional Police Chief, Superintendent Heru Eko Wibowo, monitored the development of melon cultivation in the gardens belonging to one of his members.
During the visit, he and his entourage directly observed the growth of melon plants that were being developed and provided direction regarding optimizing the harvest.
This activity aims to ensure the success of the food security program initiated in order to increase food independence and the welfare of members and the surrounding community.
AKBP Heru Eko Wibowo said that the program is a strategic step to support local food security and encourage his members to be more productive in the agricultural sector.
"This activity also demonstrates our attention to food security. Through this program, we hope that police members and the community can be more independent in meeting food needs and provide a positive impact on the surrounding environment," said Heru Eko Wibowo.
Heru also emphasized the importance of sustainable plant care so that the harvest results are optimized. With full support from Malinau Sub-regional Police, it is hoped that the program can continue to develop in efforts to realize sustainable food security.
