Inp.polri.go.id – Bogor. Bogor Sub-regional Police implements traffic engineering on Puncak, Bogor, during the holiday season of Eid Al-Fitr. The Head of Bogor Sub-regional Police, Superintendent Rio Wahyu Anggoro says that the traffic engineering will be implemented on 6-15 of April. The traffic engineering would be the odd-even policies and one-way system. Explained by Rio, the traffic engineering will be implemented on the Puncak road. In normal situations, the road connecting Bogor-Cianjur could accommodate around 28,000-32,000 vehicles a day. “We would not let last year's scenario from happening as around 82,000 people were stuck in the uphill conditions and many of them were not able to enjoy their holiday,” said the police chief. Police chief states that his party also continues to socialize the scheme of traffic engineering during the holiday seasons. He noted that there will be no traffic engineering for Eid celebration.
