Inp.polri.go.id – East Kalimantan. East Kalimantan Police conduct security patrols around East Kalimantan Province General Election Commission (KPU). The security operation itself is part of Mantap Brata Operation which aims to ensure election success. Around 78 personnel of East Kalimantan police are involved on this patrol. The East Kalimantan Police Public Relations, Grand Commissioner Yusuf Sutejo says his party patrols and monitors several parts of KPU buildings which are vulnerable. He also reveals the conditions of KPU office is well and no danger potentials found. “Including sabotage or vandalism was not found in the building,” he explains on Sunday (10/22/2023). Sutejo emphasized that the patrol activity is East Kalimantan Police effort in ensuring the smoothness and success of 2024 General Elections in East Kalimantan Province. (ad/ri/pr/nm)
