inp.polri.go.id - Tangerang. The ranks of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Sub-regional Police are intensifying security sweeps in the airport area as an effort to anticipate acts of thuggery.

Head of the Security Intelligence of Soekarno-Hatta Airport Sub-regional Police, Police Assistant Superintendent Dodi Abdulrohim said that in this security sweep, his party deployed dozens of personnel at several points in order to carry out 'Operation Berantas Jaya 2025' to create a conducive public order and security.

"In this operation, we deployed 20 joint personnel from our unit. And from the operation that has been carried out, there were zero forms of thuggery," he said.

According to him, the current target of Operation Berantas Jaya is to take action against and overcome security disturbances in the form of crimes related to thuggery, mass organizations/LSMs and motorcycle gangs that disturb the community.

Dodi added that in the police operation, his party deployed dozens of personnel from various functions. According to him, conducive public order in the Soetta Airport area is a priority.

Furthermore, he said, his party does not tolerate any form of thuggery at Soetta Airport, whether carried out by individuals or groups.

"The public can also contact the 110 Soetta Airport Police call center. Our officers will come to help and follow up according to applicable procedures," he said.

He advised the public that if they see or experience disturbances to public order and thuggery in the Soetta Airport area, they should immediately report to the nearest police officer.
