inp.polri.go.id - Brebes. Brebes Sub-regional Police shows their tender side amidst securing the peaceful demonstration at the Integrated Government Office of Brebes on Wednesday (10/1/2025).

The police force, while securing the demonstration, provides a free health service for the protestors.

The health service was coordinated by the Medical and Health unit of Brebes Sub-regional Police.

In this social activity, health workers went directly to the location to provide the free health examinations.

“This is part of our concern for the community who voiced their aspirations. In this rally, we saw many elderly took part in the protest and thus we want to take priority of their health,” said a health unit member of Brebes Sub-regional Police.

The main goal of this activity was the elderly at the rally who are susceptible to fatigue, dizziness, or dehydration for voicing their aspirations amidst the hot weather.

This action succeeded in creating a more conducive atmosphere and demonstrated that the police are not only carrying out security functions, but also health service and protection functions for all levels of society.

Brebes Sub-regional Police Chief, Superintendent Lilik Ardiyansyah expressed his appreciation to all parties for the safe and peaceful protest.

“We are thankful that today’s protest goes peacefully and smoothly. We appreciate the community’s maturity in conveying their aspirations and working together with the authorities in maintaining conducive public order in Brebes,” appreciates Lilik.
