inp.polri.go.id - Bogor. Police are questioning the Village Head of Cikuda, Parungpanjang District, Bogor Regency, West Java, regarding alleged gratification in the issuance of land sale and purchase documents.
Bogor Sub-regional Police Chief, Superintendent Wikha Ardilestanto, said the summons was carried out to investigate the alleged solicitation of money in the issuance of land sale and purchase documents by the village.
"The summons is related to the alleged gratification in the issuance of land sale and purchase documents by a company in Cikuda Village, which is suspected to have been carried out by the Village Head against the land buyer from the company," he said, as reported by Antaranews, Wednesday (8/27/2025).
In his statement, he explained that a case review had been carried out at the Special Crimes Directorate of the West Java Regional Police. As a result, investigators concluded that a criminal incident had occurred in the case.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Bogor Sub-regional Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Police Senior Inspector Teguh Kumara, added that the Cikuda Village Head is suspected of asking for and receiving money to sign a land release document.
"The Cikuda Village Head is suspected of asking for and receiving money to sign a land release document from PT AKP at a rate of IDR 30,000 per meter," he explained.
He further revealed that the profits obtained from this practice reached around IDR 2.3 billion. To date, the Village Head's legal status is still a witness.
"The amount of money received is around IDR 2,333,370,000. The witnesses who have been questioned consist of three people from PT AKP, several witnesses from the village, and two land sellers," he explained.
At the end of the opportunity, he stated that the investigation will continue to determine the parties involved in the alleged criminal act of gratification.
