inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Police have revealed the chronology of a premeditated murder in Warakas, North Jakarta, carried out by suspect AS (22). Three people died in this incident: SS (50), AD (14), and AF (27).

North Jakarta Sub-regional Metro Police Chief, Senior Superintendent Erick Frendriz, explained that police received a report that three people were found dead in a house in the Warakas area.

"So, on January 2, 2026, at approximately 7:30 a.m., we received information that three people had died in a house at the crime scene," said Erick during a press conference on Friday (2/6/2026).

He explained that after receiving the report, investigators immediately processed the crime scene, interviewed witnesses, secured evidence, and reviewed CCTV footage from the area. At the scene, three victims died and one survivor, identified as AS (22), was found in a weak condition.

"After that, of course, we contacted the Forensic Laboratory (Labfor), then Inafis (Indonesia Automatic Fingerprint Identification System), to conduct a crime scene investigation," he explained.

In this case, INP's Forensic Laboratory Center found the compound Zinc Phosphide in the organs of the deceased. This substance is a rodenticide or rat poison.

Toxicologists also stated that this compound is a cellular poison that can spread throughout the body and be fatal if consumed in large quantities. This finding strengthens the suspicion that death was caused by poisoning.
