Minister Yassierli emphasized that solidifying integrity is not just a slogan, but rather a daily effort that demands honesty, compliance, and a deeper understanding of the risks of bribery and corruption in every line of work.

"Prevention must be built through an orderly system, not just relying on appeals," said the Minister of Manpower on Friday (2/6/2026).

For the public, strong integrity means more predictable services where procedures are less complicated due to gray areas, decisions are more accountable, and the risk of irregularities that harm the public can be reduced.

"On the other hand, for workers and employers, clean governance helps ensure that rights and obligations are carried out within the framework of regulations without practices that violate the sense of justice," said Yassierli.

He also emphasized that the Ministry of Manpower is open to any information regarding potential bribery and corruption that requires follow-up. According to him, the courage to convey information is an important foundation for maintaining the institution's dignity and preventing problems from escalating in the future.

"I encourage all parties to build a culture of integrity as a way of working, not just a ceremonial agenda," emphasized Yassierli
