inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) has distributed medical aid in, disposable medical supplies (BMHP), medical equipment, and tetanus vaccines to police forces in the western region of Aceh Province. 

The aid was distributed by land and air to ensure that medical needs in the field are met quickly and equitably.

The Head of the Public Information Division of the Public Information Division of INP, Senior Superintendent Erdi A. Chaniago, stated that the distribution of this aid demonstrates police's commitment to supporting public health amidst the difficult times.

"We continue to strive to ensure the availability of health logistics at all levels, both by land and air. This assistance is expected to support medical services and improve unit readiness in the region," said Erdi A. Chaniago.

The aid, medicines, BMHP, and medical equipment were delivered using a truck totaling 100 packages to the West Aceh Sub-regional Police. Meanwhile, 100 vials of Biosat Tetanus Vaccine were delivered via Police Helicopter AW 169 to the Mobile Brigade Unit of the Aceh Regional Police and the Sabang Sub-regional Police.

Erdi added that the distribution of this aid is also part of their anticipatory measures to support operational duties and humanitarian services in the regions.

"With targeted distribution, we hope this aid can be optimally utilized and have a real impact on the implementation of duties and health services in the regions," he concluded.
