inp.polri.go.id - Central Jakarta. The Precision Pioneer Patrol Team from the Central Jakarta Metropolitan Sub-regional Police arrested three youths suspected of planning to engage in a brawl. The arrests took place on Kalibaru Timur street, Bungur Village, Senen District, Central Jakarta.

The three youths arrested are identified as MA (15), DT (21), and ADR (23). Officers also confiscated evidence including four machetes, a katana sword, two cell phones, and three motorcycles from the scene.

Central Jakarta Metropolitan Sub-regional Police Chief, Senior Superintendent Susatyo Purnomo Condro, stated that the arrests stemmed from a routine patrol conducted by the Precision Pioneer Patrol Team in a vulnerable area.

"The Precision Pioneer Patrol Team from the Central Jakarta Metropolitan Sub-regional Police Unit was conducting a 3C anti-riot patrol and a community brawl. While passing along Kalibaru Timur street, officers observed a group of youths behaving suspiciously who then attempted to flee when approached," explained Senior Superintendent Susatyo Purnomo Condro on Monday (7/28/2025).

He stated that officers then pursued and successfully apprehended three suspected perpetrators along with sharp weapons and other evidence. The three were immediately taken to the Senen Sector Police Station for further questioning.

"Security officers will take firm action in carrying out their duties, especially against perpetrators who endanger public safety," stated the Police Chief.

The Police Chief urged all parents to increase supervision of their children, especially at night. Parents are expected to continue to monitor their children's social interactions and activities.
