inp.polri.go.id - Jambi. In an effort to improve the quality of public service, the Jambi Regional Police held Public Speaking Training for Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) personnel assigned to the 110 Call Center on Monday (4/20/2026). 

This activity is a strategic step to strengthen the  professionalism of officers in serving the public.

The training, which took place in a video conference room, was led by the Vice Chief of the Jambi Regional Police, Brigadier General B. Ali, Head of Operations of the Jambi Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Vendra Riviyanto, other key officials and Jambi Regional Police personnel and their staff virtually via Zoom.

During the training, participants were trained on effective communication techniques, speaking etiquette, and how to deal with various public personalities when receiving reports and complaints. This topic is considered crucial for providing fast, accurate, and humane service.

The Head of Public Relations of the Jambi Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Erlan Munaji, stated, "This public speaking training aims to equip SPKT personnel, particularly Call Center 110 officers, to communicate effectively, politely, and professionally in serving the public."

He added that good communication skills are key to responsive police services that are oriented toward the needs of the public. With this training, personnel are expected to be able to apply the knowledge gained to optimize Call Center 110 services and provide a sense of security and comfort to the public.
