Deputy Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Wakapolri), Commissioner General Gatot Eddy Pramono, said that the operation will be held from a week before Eid to a week after Eid. The goal is to anticipate security disturbances. "We carried out the operation from April 28 to May 9, 2022. Seven days earlier we carried out the operations to anticipate any security disturbances that might arise," explained Wakapolri on Thursday (14/4/22). He added that in addition to the operation, his party will set up security posts for information facilities. They will also set up vaccine outlets in several locations. "We also established posts, which are security posts for integrated service posts. Many aims of the posts are to provide information to the public and also vaccination," he explained. Commissioner General Gatot Eddy Pramono stated that his party would accelerate the vaccination, especially in the Jabodetabek area, which has a target of 50 percent for booster vaccines, one week before Eid.
