Head of the West Nusa Tenggara Tourism Office Jamaluddin Malady confirmed about the President's attendance to MotoGP Mandlika, antaranews.com reported on Wednesday (4/10/2023). The President, who will be accompanied by several ministers, is scheduled to present trophies to the victorious MotoGP riders at the Mandalika Circuit, said Jamaluddin, who is also the MotoGP Mandalika Field Commander. Managing Director of Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) Priandhi Satria said that preparations for the Mandalika Circuit were nearing completion. MGPA, in partnership with Roadgrip Ltd, has repainted approximately 22,000 square meters of curbs and run-off areas within the 27,380 square meter circuit, installed sensors to meet the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) requirements for track limits and implemented a comprehensive timing system. MGPA has trained 95 percent of the 402 marshals, most of whom are local residents, and made an arragement with the West Nusa Tenggara General Hospital for complete medical equipment, care and emergency care facilities.
