inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto wants to realize laws that apply fairly to all Indonesians and ensure prosperity for all Indonesians.

"We want to realize the ideals of our ancestors: a country that is baldatun thayyibatun wa rabbun ghafur, a country that is prosperous, good, and always receives forgiveness and blessings from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, the Almighty God," said President Prabowo on Wednesday (5/20/2026).

He said the government wants to create a country that guarantees justice, especially for the most powerless.

He also expressed his desire to realize an Indonesia where people live in harmony and peace, and whose basic needs for food, clothing, and shelter are met. The government, said President Prabowo, wants to build a prosperous and blessed Indonesia, in line with the ideals of the nation's founders.

"We want to see an Indonesia where every citizen lives in harmony, peace, and has sufficient food, clothing, and shelter. We want an Indonesia that is prosperous," he said.

President Prabowo also wants farmers to achieve abundant harvests with a reasonable and high selling price, and fishermen to have safe fishing equipment and high-value catches.

He also mentioned that fishermen still have difficulty obtaining ice and diesel fuel for their fishing trips. Therefore, the government will intervene by developing 5,000 fishing villages in the next three years. This year, the government targets the inauguration of 1,386 fishing villages.

The government will also build ice-making facilities, cold storage, and gas stations specifically for fishermen in each fishing village. 

"We must empower our fishermen because they are the masters of our oceans," said President Prabowo.

In the education sector, the government wants to improve teacher welfare because the quality of education is considered to determine the future of the nation. He stated that the quality of education is determined by teachers who are qualified, enthusiastic, happy, and able to serve as role models for the nation's future generations. Therefore, improving teachers' living conditions is a government priority.

The government also wants micro, small, and medium enterprises to develop so they can provide a good income for the majority of the population.

"And we want parents, the elderly, and those living alone to be able to live peacefully in their old age, supported by an adequate social security network," said President Prabowo.
