Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  President Prabowo Subianto engaged in a five-hour discussion with 82 young professionals at his private residence in Bukit Hambalang, West Java, on Saturday (26/7/2025). 

The participants were recipients of the Presidential Fellowship in Economics & Business Leadership, a program initiated by President Prabowo to foster future leaders in business and economics.

Cabinet Secretary Lieutenant Colonel Teddy Indra Wijaya explained that these fellows are alumni of top universities in Indonesia and abroad. The President listened to their ideas, asked questions, and exchanged views on emerging technologies, economic challenges, and business innovation, according to antaranews.com

Presentations included topics on health and energy sovereignty, advanced materials, and semiconductor independence. Among the presenters was renowned scientist Carina Joe, co-developer of the Oxford–AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. She was awarded an honorary professorship by Airlangga University in 2023.

The fellowship aims to prepare young Indonesian talents for strategic leadership roles.
