Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto led a limited meeting with several ministers at his residence in Hambalang, Bogor, West Java, on Sunday (16)/3/2025) to discuss the acceleration of downstream industry and review projects with job-creation potential.
Minister of Investment and Downstream Industry Rosan Roeslani said that the president prioritized projects with the highest multiplier effect, particularly in mining, aquaculture, agriculture, and plantations.
"We analyzed all projects to identify those with the most significant impact, especially in job creation," Minister Rosan said via the Presidential Secretariat’s YouTube channel, as reported by antaranews.com.
The discussion also covered import reduction, export growth, and strengthening national industrial competitiveness. Prabowo emphasized long-term industrialization and the inclusion of local farmers and workers in downstream projects to boost welfare.
Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia said the meeting also followed up on 21 priority downstream projects.
