Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto reshuffled his Cabinet on Wednesday (17/9/2025), appointing 11 new officials and dismissing four others in his third shake-up since taking office.
Retired Lieutenant General Djamari Chaniago was sworn in as Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs, replacing Minister of Defense Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, who had been serving in an interim role.
Erick Thohir shifted from Minister of State-Owned Enterprises to Minister of Youth and Sports, while political analyst Muhammad Qodari was appointed Chief of the Presidential Staff Office.
Other appointees included Commissioner General (ret) Ahmad Dofiri as Special Presidential Adviser for Public Security and Police Reform, Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Angga Raka Prabowo as Head of the Government Communication Agency, Afriansyah Noor as Deputy Manpower Minister, Rohmat Marzuki as Deputy Forestry Minister, Farida Faricha as Deputy Cooperatives Minister, Naniek S. Deyang and Sonny Sanjaya as Deputy Heads of the National Nutrition Agency, and Sarah Sadiqa as Head of the National Procurement Agency.
The reshuffle, which was the third under President Prabowo’s term, were enacted under Presidential Decrees No. 96/P and 97/P of 2025.
