Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office has initiated the auction of Mario Dandy Satrio's Rubicon car, with bidding starting at Rp809 million.

Mario Dandy (20) is currently serving a 12-year sentence for aggravated assault, which cost his father Rafael Alun Trisambodo his job as a high-ranking tax official.

Head of the South Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office Haryoko Ari Prabowo announced on Wednesday (24/4/2024)  that the auction, which began on 19 April 2024, was publicized through official channels. 

Several potential bidders have already registered for the auction, according to antaranews.com. 

Chief Haryoko assured that the starting price reflects the car's market value and emphasized its good condition, anticipating a swift sale to benefit victim Cristalino David Ozora. 

To participate, bidders must register at the Jakarta IV State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) and provide a security deposit. 

Once sold, all proceeds will be directed to David Ozora. 

The Supreme Court upheld on 21 February 2024 Mario Dandy's 12-year prison sentence for assaulting Cristalino David Ozora, in line with the prosecutor's demand.
