Inp.polri.go.id - Jayapura. The Papua Regional Police assured security following the Constitutional Court's decision on the presidential and vice-presidential election disputes on Wednesday (24/4/2024), maintaining a safe environment in their jurisdiction, covering four provinces.
Senior Superintendent Ignatius Benny Adi Prabowo, the Papua Police Head of Public Relations, said that despite the overall safety, the police urged communal efforts to sustain security after the 2024 presidential election dispute decision.
Residents were advised to remain vigilant, especially in sensitive areas, and to engage in neighborhood watch programs.
