Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  Four Indonesian billiard players shone bright at the ACBS Asian 9-Ball Ladies & Girls U-17 Championship in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

Indonesian Billiards and Snooker Association (PB POBSI) Secretary General Fadil Nasution attributed on Wednesday (24//4/2024) their achievements to diligent training and experience gained from domestic tournaments, according to antaranews.com. 

Among them, Nony Krystianti defeated Venus Lim Xinyi from Singapore 7-2, followed by Annita Kanjaya's 7-2 win over Taiba Faraj from Kuwait. Emilia Putri secured a convincing 7-0 victory against Feriha Sorour from Kuwait, while Silviana Lu narrowly defeated Rolla Ashoor from India 7-6.

Fadil expressed pride in their achievements, noting the boost in confidence for future matches. 

These victories, he emphasized, offer hope and motivation for the athletes to excel further. 

He highlighted the significance of these achievements in showcasing Indonesia's talent on the international stage.
