Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  The Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) finalized the senior national team's coaching structure on Wednesday (25/3/2026), appointing a diverse panel of international and local experts to support Head Coach John Herdman ahead of the 2026 FIFA Series.

"We have integrated global expertise with local insights to ensure the Garuda squad operates at the highest technical standard," said PSSI Head Coach John Herdman during a press briefing following the team's inaugural training session, as cited by antaranews.com.

The new roster features tactical specialists including Elliot Dickman for offensive strategy and former Canadian international Steven Vitoria overseeing the defense. They are joined by Indonesian coach Nova Arianto and veteran Simon Grayson to provide comprehensive technical support.

The backroom staff also prioritizes modern sports science, utilizing dedicated performance analysts and nutritionists. This overhauled technical team will make its competitive debut when Indonesia hosts St. Kitts and Nevis at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium this Friday.
