Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  Hinsa Siburian, Head of the National Cyber and Encryption Agency (BSSN), announced that all public service facilities are expected to fully restore their data systems this month following a recent hack of the National Data Center (PDN).

"We aim to complete this by the end of the month," he said after a coordination meeting on Wednesday (17/7/2024).

Following President Jokowi's directives, BSSN has been working on the recovery process, prioritizing the restoration of public services. 

"Data recovery is underway, and services like immigration are already operational," Hinsa said, as reported by antaranews.com.

In response to the recent hacking incident of the PDN, the government has implemented layered backup systems while the criminal investigation into the hacking incident is ongoing.
