Chief Sigit extended greetings to all Muslims in the country observing the Ramadan fast, antaranews.com reported.
He highlighted the significance of Ramadan, which follows the democratic process where people exercised their voting rights for the nation's progress.
During this Ramadan period, he emphasized the importance for Muslims to cleanse themselves spiritually and seek forgiveness from Allah.
"Let's embrace Ramadan with joy and a sense of brotherhood among fellow countrymen," Chief Sigit urged.
On behalf of the INP and Bhayangkari, the INP officers' spouses organization, he conveyed his best wishes for Muslims on observing the Ramadan fast.
The post, liked by 1,692 followers on Monday night, featured a video showing police personnel engaging in community activities, highlighting the maintained solidarity between the Indonesian Military and the INP.
