Meanwhile, those sourced from the regional budget consist of basic salary, family allowances, food allowances, position allowances, and the highest additional income received in a month. The regulation specifies that holiday allowances must be paid at least 10 working days before the holiday, and the 13th salary must be paid by June 2024, or afterward if not possible by that time.
