Takbiran, aims to glorify God, typically observed on the eve of Eid al-Fitr to mark the end of Ramadan.
Chief Yan encouraged motorcycle communities to set an example of discipline for other road users, saying, "Let's demonstrate proper road usage. This sets an example for our younger siblings, and we'll continue this."
He emphasized the importance of maintaining peace in Riau Islands, declaring, "It's our commitment to ensure Batam remains orderly and Riau Islands safe, peaceful, and conducive."
Following the iftar, Chief Yan led the convoy to monitor Eid Takbir night, offering assistance to police and military personnel at Nagoya Hill Checkpoint.
