Ria Marlinda Paallo, the Vice President Corporate Secretary, announced the extension on Wednesday (10/4/2024), emphasizing its necessity amid holiday congestion, as reported by antaranews.com.
Initially enforced from kilometer 55 to kilometer 65, contraflow for a single lane started at 11.45 am. Later, at 3 pm, it extended from kilometer 47 to kilometer 65.
She urged toll road users to ensure vehicle readiness, sufficient electronic toll balances, and fuel before traveling, advising the use of the Travoy 4.2 app for updates and contacting the Jasa Marga One Call Center.
PT Jasa Marga Tbk recorded 1,368,243 vehicles leaving Jabodetabek between 3 to 9 April 2024, representing traffic from four main toll gates.
