During the program, Noken Community Development starts the program by going through the previous lesson that they have taught the children, so that the children would not forget what they have been taught. Commissioner Ahmad Mustofa Kamal, as the Head Task Force of Cartenz Peace Ops, confirmed that this program is one of the services of the National Police to the community. The National Police still wants to give their best to the community, although their institution currently is in difficult times due to the case of Brigadier J’s death that involves high officials of the National Police. “Whatever is going on now, it would not hinder us the Cartenz Peace Ops Task Force in providing our best service to the community,” said Commissioner Ahmad Mustofa. Furthermore, his party stated that improving the education of the children is an important measure to ensure the development of Papua, so that the most eastern province of Indonesia could catch up with other provinces. “Because the key of developing a region is by improving its education.
