Inp.polri.go.id - Makassar. Police Superintendent Andi Kumara, Deputy Director of Social Development of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, engaged with the public during the "Jumat Curhat" (Friday Sharing) event at the Makassar Sub-Regional Large City Police Hall on February 2, 2024. Accompanied by representatives from key offices of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, community delegates from Mamajang District, social organizations (Orsosmas), and the FKPM community, he expressed that the "Jumat Curhat" event reflects the Indonesian National Police's (INP) commitment to greet and attentively address public aspirations and concerns to maintain a conducive public order (Kamtibmas). "I enjoy meeting with the community. The goal is to collectively address unresolved problems," he said. During the event, South Sulawesi Regional Police's top officials received community feedback, highlighting concerns about the delayed response of authorities to public reports. This raised questions from the public about the optimal solutions and actions the community should take to ensure timely responses to reports. "Let's firmly adhere to our cultural values of 'Kita Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, Sipakainge' to ensure a peaceful Kamtibmas situation. Everyone must collaborate and actively participate in maintaining security," he emphasized. (ar/mz/pr/nm)
