Inp.polri.go.id - Palembang. South Sumatra Regional Police Chief Inspector General Sandi Nugroho visited the South Sumatra Prosecutor’s Office in Palembang on Tuesday morning (14/7/2026). 

The strategic meeting focused on eliminating sectoral egos and reinforcing solidarity within the integrated criminal justice system to ensure regional stability.

"The main goal is to strengthen a conducive security situation in South Sumatra, which is an inseparable part of our shared spirit, 'Nyago Bumi Sriwijaya' (Guarding the Land of Sriwijaya)," Chief Sandi said.

The high-level police delegation included the Deputy Chief and directors from the criminal investigation, narcotics, and intelligence divisions. 

South Sumatra Police Head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent Nandang Mu'min Wijaya noted that the proactive collaboration serves as a strong public message that regional law enforcement agencies stand united to protect the community and support local economic development.
