Inp.polri.go.id - Palembang. The South Sumatra Regional Police initiated pre-operation training (Latpraops) for Operasi Sikat I Musi 2026 at the South Sumatra Police Headquarters Auditorium in Palembang on Wednesday, (23/9/2026).

South Sumatra Police Chief Inspector General Sandi Nugroho officially opened the training session alongside regional executive officers to prepare officers for a targeted 16-day campaign scheduled from 24 September 2026 to 9 October 2026.

"Operation success is measured not only by solving cases, but by reducing crime rates and establishing public safety," he said, directing officers to build solid inter-agency collaboration.

Led by the South Sumatra Police Director of General Crime Investigation as Operations Head, Operasi Sikat I Musi 2026 focuses on suppressing violent theft, grand theft, vehicle theft, and street hooliganism across South Sumatra Province.
