inp.polri.go.id - Depok. The Directorate of Prevention of Special Detachment 88 served as speakers for the 2025 National Flag Raising Troop (Paskibraka) Training Center held at the Wiladatika Recreation Park Training Center in Cimanggis District, Depok City, on Wednesday (7/23/2025).
Personnel attending as speakers are Police Senior Inspector Agus Isnaini and Police Second Inspector Muh. Audi delivers a topic relating to efforts in preventing the spread of intolerance, radicalism and violent extremism (IRET) among the younger generation, especially national-level Paskibraka members.
In their speech, Agus and Audi highlighted that their visit to Paskibraka Training Center was also part of the prevention and national commitment in building ideological resilience of youth as the vanguard of national unity.
"Paskibraka is a symbol of nationalism and holds a strategic position as agents of change. They must be equipped with an understanding of national insight, religious moderation, and digital literacy to prevent them from being easily exposed to the IRET ideology that is now widespread in cyberspace," emphasized Agus Isnaini.
The importance of mental and ideological resilience is the main focus of this training. Participants are also encouraged to understand their active role as role models in society, spreading the values of tolerance, respecting differences, and promoting a narrative of peace.
With the increasingly complex transformation of the threat of violence-based radicalism, this activity serves as a preventative measure to protect the younger generation from the influence of ideologies that conflict with the values of Pancasila.
