Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi has called on the public to allow President Prabowo Subianto’s administration time to deliver results, following student-led "Indonesia Gelap", literaly Dark Indonesia,protests.

Acknowledging challenges in Prabowo’s first 100 days, he stressed that the government is actively addressing key issues. 

“Not everyone may be satisfied, but that’s part of governing,” State Secretary Prasetyo said on Tuesday (18/2/2025).

While defending the right to protest, he warned against misinformation. 

“There is no ‘Indonesia Gelap.’ We are moving toward progress,” he added, as quoted by antaranews.com.

Regarding concerns over budget cuts, State Secretary Prasetyo assured that critical programs, including KIP scholarships and LPDP funding, remain untouched. The spending adjustments, he clarified, primarily target non-essential expenses like seminars and ceremonial events.
