inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The implementation of this year's Eid homecoming and return travel is considered to have run smoothly. This success is inseparable from the role of the Indonesian National Police (INP) in managing traffic and providing services to the public during Operation Ketupat.

Throughout the 13-day operation, INP were deemed to have been present among the public by providing optimal service. Not only did they ensure smooth traffic flow, but they were also successful in creating a sense of security and comfort for travelers.

Edi Saputra Hasibuan, Executive Director of the Indonesian National Police Strategic Studies Institute (Lemkapi), stated that this success demonstrates the police's commitment to carrying out their public service duties.

"The success in smoothing the Eid homecoming and return travel demonstrates that INP is present and providing good service to the public. They are able to provide comfortable, fast, and responsive services, so that people feel safe during their travels," said Edi.

He also added that the presence of INP at various security and service points has had a significant impact on public perception. According to him, the public has directly experienced the speed of response and the preparedness of officers in the field.

"What they see and feel is that the police are present, providing prompt service and making them feel comfortable. This is an important indicator of the success of Operation Ketupat," he explained.

Furthermore, Edi revealed that during the operation, INP also received many positive responses from the public. This reflects the public's growing trust in the police institution in providing protection, guidance, and services.

"In the 13 days of Operation Ketupat, INP received many positive responses from the public. This is a positive achievement and must be maintained going forward," he concluded.

With this achievement, INP is expected to continue improving the quality of public services, particularly in securing major events involving massive public mobility, such as the Eid homecoming and return flows.
